Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 days from the date you receive the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Be returned in original packaging

• Be sent back within the withdrawal period

Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable, unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the EU, return and refund rights may vary depending on local regulations. Please contact us before returning any item.
